By ordering products from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The price charged for a product will be in effect at the time your order is placed and will be indicated in the confirmation email. If you place an additional order after receiving the confirmation email, you will incur additional shipping and handling charges for such additional orders.
When ordering products on our website, please ensure that the products you purchase are suitable for the intended use.
If the products do not correspond to the ones you have ordered, or if your delivery is incomplete or damaged during transportation, please contact our customer care team by email email@example.com.
PLACING AN ORDER WITH US
To be able to place an order on our website you must:
- be aged 18 or over;
- be an authorized holder of a valid debit/credit card, if paying for the products with a debit/credit card;
- provide your name, address, phone number, email, payment details and any other necessary information which may be required for placing an order through our website.
When you place an order, you should receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. We only accept your order once the payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card.
You may cancel your order within a short period of time (which will be indicated in the confirmation email after we confirm your order).
All orders are subject to availability. If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you by email.
The Company currently ships orders Worldwide.
You will be given delivery options to choose from with estimated delivery time and dates depending on the delivery address.
If your order is delayed (i.e. because of postal/carrier delays) we will keep you updated as much as possible and assist you with any questions that you may have.
We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We do our best to make sure that the products you purchase on our website meet your expectations. Though if there are any problems with your purchase (i.e. the product is damaged) you should follow our guide.
Guide for requesting return or replacement of an item:
- Your request should be sent by e-mail within 15 days of the moment you receive your item.
- You should take pictures of the courier box/bag, the box of the product, the product itself, the part of the product showing the damage and inform us how it occurred;
- Your request should include your order number and the date of the order;
- Your request should include a precise description of the problem you experienced with the item;
- Please note in your correspondence if you wish to replace for another item.
If you do not return the products within 15 days or do not have proof of purchase, we may refuse to issue a refund.
If you return products in damaged or used condition, we may deduct from any refund due to you an amount equivalent to the reduction in value of the product, which may be up to 100% of the purchase price. We have the right to reject the return of items which have been used.
Once we receive the returned product from you, we will send you a confirmation email and proceed with refunding.
